Guangang Electronics Technology Co., Ltd. announced that from September 1st to 19th, 2025, the shareholder Nanjing Xingong Investment Group Co., Ltd., holding more than 5% of the shares, and its concerted action party Nanjing Electromechanical Industry Co., Ltd., collectively reduced their holdings by 41,113,000 shares, accounting for 0.91% of the total share capital of the company. Among them, only Xingong reduced its holdings through block trading, while Nanjing Electromechanical did not reduce its holdings. The shares being reduced were subscribed in 2015 through the company's private placement of shares. After the reduction, the combined shareholding of the two parties decreased from 18.91% to 17.999999%, triggering a change in equity of multiples of 1%.
