According to the announcement from CITIC Securities, Mr. Huang Yongzhang has submitted his resignation to the company on September 19, 2025, due to work changes. He has resigned from his positions as director, CEO, member of the Investment and Development Committee, and Chairman of the Sustainable Development Committee of the company. After leaving office, Mr. Huang Yongzhang will no longer hold any positions in the company or its subsidiaries.
