Announcement by China National Storage Holding Corporation: it is proposed to transfer 65% of the debt rights held by China National Storage Constant Science Internet of Things System Limited Company to China Packaging Limited Liability Company, and to increase the 35% debt rights held by China National Storage Constant Science Internet of Things System to the paid-in capital of China National Storage Constant Science. The amount of the capital increase is 84,314,600 yuan. After the transaction is completed, China National Storage Holding Corporation's registered capital will increase by 84,314,600 yuan, and China National Storage Constant Science's registered capital will increase by 241 million yuan. China Packaging will hold 65% of the shares, and China National Storage Holding Corporation will hold 35% of the shares. This transaction still requires approval by the company's shareholders' meeting.
