Today, it was learned from the National Cultural Heritage Administration that the proposal for earthquake resistance standards for museum collections, initiated by China, has been approved for the international standardization organization, making it the first international standard to be initiated in the field of cultural heritage. At the same time, the international working group on earthquake resistance standards for cultural relics, led by China, has also been approved, marking a global strategic breakthrough for China in the field from technological innovation to leading standards.
