When conducting research, Sreem Materials stated that the company's main products revolving around optical modules are chip bases and casings. Optical modules with a capacity of over 400G have significantly increased heat dissipation requirements, necessitating new materials with low expansion and higher thermal conductivity to meet the demands. Tungsten-copper alloys with different compositions can meet the requirements of 400G, 800G, and 1.6T optical modules. At present, the company's main customers include Finisar, Universal Cable Television, Tianfu Communication, Solsys, and Dongguan Xuntao. With the significant increase in heat dissipation requirements for optical modules, there is a demand for casing materials with higher thermal and mechanical properties, so the company plans to apply new copper alloys to the casing of optical modules to address industry technical challenges. Additionally, the company plans to use its own funds to invest in building production capacity for 20 million sets of chip bases and 10 million sets of casings for optical modules per year.
