"Shanghai Express" cross-airline sign transfer service officially launches

Starting from September 19th, the domestic express transfer service from Shenzhen Baoan Airport to Shanghai Hongqiao Airport, which involves multiple airlines, is officially launched to further optimize the air travel experience. The "Shen-Hu Express" cross-airline transfer service is jointly launched by Shenzhen Baoan Airport, Shanghai Hongqiao Airport, and four airlines including China Eastern Airlines, Southern Airlines, Shenzhen Airlines, and Lucky Air. Passengers who have purchased economy class tickets with a discount of 60% or more for Shenzhen Baoan to Shanghai Hongqiao round-trip flights operated by China Eastern Airlines, Southern Airlines, Shenzhen Airlines, or Lucky Air can voluntarily transfer to flights of other airlines on the same route within 4 hours before or after the original scheduled departure time without change fees. Passengers with a discount of 80% or more can also enjoy the benefit of no fare difference. Passengers without checked luggage can process the cross-airline transfer voluntarily at the airport manual counter outside the isolation area on the day of the original flight before departure. For specific transfer policies, counter locations, and other information, passengers can inquire through the airline's official channels or the airport.
