Port Handling Group signed the first GE90 engine overhaul agreement directly with Garuda Indonesia Airlines.

On September 19, aircraft engineering and maintenance service provider Hongkong Jet Group announced that it had signed a direct GE90 engine overhaul agreement with its Asia-Pacific customer Garuda Indonesia Airlines for the first time. This three-year agreement will provide Garuda Indonesia Airlines with overhaul and maintenance services for their GE90 engine fleet. The contract is based on the exclusive engine material service agreement signed by Hongkong Jet Group and GE Aviation in 2024 for a period of 15 years.
