Shanghai Huide Technology Co., Ltd. announced that its controlling shareholder, Shanghai Huide Enterprise Group Co., Ltd., and its concerted action person's equity change has reached the 1% threshold. The total shareholding percentage before the change was 69.08%, and after the change it is 68.78%. This is due to the company's completion of a portion of the restricted stock incentive plan for 2024, increasing the total number of shares from 141,132,667 to 141,754,417 shares, resulting in the dilution of the shareholding of the controlling shareholder and its concerted action person. This change did not trigger a tender offer, does not violate any commitments, will not result in a change of controlling shareholder or actual controller, and does not involve any other matters requiring disclosure of equity changes.
