On September 19, Guangzhou Hejing Holdings Group Co., Ltd. announced that in order to make arrangements for the repayment of subsequent debts, ensure fair information disclosure, and protect the interests of bond investors, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Shanghai Stock Exchange Corporate Bond Listing Rules, the issuer has applied for the suspension of trading of "H20 Hejing 6", "H20 Hejing 8", and "H21 Hejing 1" from the opening of the market on September 22, 2025, with the resumption of trading to be determined at a later date.
