Zhejiang Securities Regulatory Bureau issued a decision on taking the measure of issuing a warning letter to Guorong Securities Co., Ltd. Upon investigation, it was found that the Yiwu Xinke Road Securities Business Department of Guorong Securities did not proactively report illegal or non-compliant behavior or compliance risks to the compliance officer in a timely manner. The company's compliance management of its branches was not in place, which violated the provisions of Article 3 and Article 4 of the "Administrative Measures on Compliance Management of Securities Companies and Securities Investment Fund Management Companies." In accordance with the provisions of Article 32, paragraph 1 of the "Administrative Measures on Compliance Management of Securities Companies and Securities Investment Fund Management Companies," the Zhejiang Securities Regulatory Bureau has decided to take the administrative regulatory measure of issuing a warning letter to Guorong Securities and to record it in the integrity file of the securities and futures market.
