On September 19, 2025, the Fourth Board of Directors of Saileong Pharmaceutical Group Co., Ltd. held its fifteenth meeting to review and approve the "Proposal on the Company's Application for Credit Limit from the Bank". To meet the production, operation, and business development needs, the Company plans to apply for a comprehensive credit limit of 10 million yuan from the Zhuhai Branch of Industrial Bank for a period of 1 year, including loans for working capital, etc. The actual financing amount will be determined based on operational needs and will be specified in the actual contract. The credit limit is renewable and can be used repeatedly. The Board of Directors authorized the management to make decisions and sign documents within the limit, with the Company bearing responsibility. This application does not require approval from the shareholders' meeting, and the credit period starts from the date of approval by the Board of Directors.
