On September 18, the Shenzhen Municipal People's Government signed a strategic cooperation agreement with China Energy Construction Group Limited in Shenzhen. Before the signing, Vice Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee and Mayor Qin Weizhong met with the Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of China Energy Construction Group Limited, Ding Yanzhang and his delegation.
