On September 18, 2025, the China Property Reinsurance Market Seminar revealed that underwriting profits in the property insurance industry have reached a historic high, with reinsurance industry's half-year ceding premiums exceeding 100 billion yuan for the first time. The seminar listed "Lifting up new quality productivity, constructing a new insurance ecosystem" as its main theme, reflecting the current business focus and direction of the property and reinsurance industries. China Re Property Insurance believes that for the insurance industry, diversified protection needs are emerging, and the development of new quality productivity will bring more insurable risks and product innovation scenarios.
