According to AggrNews, former Pantera partners are leading Solmate in the UAE and managing a $3 billion Solana Digital Assets Treasury (DAT). The press release states that Brera Holdings (NASDAQ: BREA) will be rebranded as Solmate and has completed a $3 billion private placement led by UAE's Pulsar Group, with participation from ARK Invest. Solmate will establish a digital asset treasury with Solana as its core and will implement a blockchain infrastructure plan to deploy high-performance Solana validation nodes in Abu Dhabi to drive regional investor participation in SOL staking. Marco Santori will serve as CEO, with the Solana Foundation having the authority to appoint additional board members. The company will continue to operate its existing multisport club business.
