According to the Zhixun Finance APP, Fungex Technology (688279.SH) announced that, in light of its own capital needs, shareholder Shanghai Huaxin intends to reduce its holdings by no more than 3.4176 million shares, or 3.00% of the company's total share capital, through centralized bidding or block trading.
