Liaoning: By 2029, the proportion of service trade that can be digitally delivered will account for more than 45% of the total service trade volume in the province.

According to "Liaoning Release", the "Implementation Opinions of the General Office of the Liaoning Provincial Party Committee and the General Office of the People's Government of Liaoning Province on Promoting Innovative Development of Digital Trade" proposes that by 2029, the scale of service trade that can be delivered digitally will steadily increase, accounting for more than 45% of the total provincial service trade volume, and cross-border e-commerce transactions will continue to grow. By 2035, the scale of service trade that can be delivered digitally will account for more than 50% of the total provincial service trade volume, and the quality and efficiency of cross-border e-commerce development will be further improved, leading to the province's digital trade development entering the forefront nationwide.
