Ji Da Zhengyuan: Shanghai Yunxin plans to reduce its shareholding by no more than 3%

Jida Zhengyuan Announcement: Shareholder Shanghai Yunxin Entrepreneurship Investment Co., Ltd., holding 10.77% of the shares, plans to reduce its holdings by a total of no more than 5.652 million shares from October 21, 2025 to January 20, 2026 through a combination of block trades and bulk trading, not exceeding 3% of the total share capital after excluding the shares in the repurchase special account. Within any consecutive 90 days, the block trade reduction shall not exceed 2%, and the concentrated bid reduction shall not exceed 1%.
