Cloudtrack Technology's Hong Kong Stock Exchange IPO and domestic unlisted shares "full circulation" received approval from the China Securities Regulatory Commission.

The International Cooperation Department of the China Securities Regulatory Commission issued a notice on the filing of overseas issuance and listing of Beijing Yunji Technology Co., Ltd., and the "full circulation" of unlisted shares domestically. The company plans to issue no more than 12,592,500 overseas listed ordinary shares and list on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. 31 shareholders of the company plan to convert a total of 54,664,638 unlisted domestic shares into overseas listed shares and list them on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange for circulation.
