Englisho Laser announced that Red Essence Investments, a shareholder holding more than 5% of the shares, reduced its holding of 1.4647 million shares of the company through centralized bidding and block trading from July 16, 2025 to September 17, 2025, accounting for 0.96% of the total share capital of the company. After the reduction, the shareholding ratio is 21.91% of the total share capital of the company.
