Announcement of Chunfeng Power: the controlling shareholder Chunfeng Holdings plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 2.2 million shares, accounting for 1.4419%; the concerted action person Chongqing Chunfeng plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 600,000 shares, accounting for 0.3932%; Lin Axi plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 150,000 shares, accounting for 0.0983%; Lai Xuehua plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 60,000 shares, accounting for 0.0393%.
