New regulations on child-rearing allowances released, false claims and fraudulent collection will be held accountable

The National Health Commission and the Ministry of Finance issued the "Management Norms for Childcare Subsidy System" today. The "Management Norms" adhere to putting people at the center, emphasizing benefiting the people, safety norms, simplicity and ease of use, and mainly focus on the following 4 key points: streamlining application and review processes, clarifying distribution timing and channels, enhancing information management, and strengthening oversight and management.
