National Data Bureau: Support the Integrated Experimental Zone of Data Elements to take the lead in more fields.
Luan Jie, spokesperson of the National Bureau of Statistics and deputy director of the Policy and Planning Department, said at a news conference on September 18 that a major task of the construction of the Data Element Integrated Experimental Zone is to explore a new path for reform through bold reforms and pilot projects in the market-based allocation of data elements. Various experimental zones have boldly explored and actively implemented a series of reform measures. For example, Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, has innovatively launched a "reform sandbox" to explore a data innovation fault-tolerant mechanism and stimulate industrial vitality; Wenzhou has established a three-stage compliance review model to create a safe, trustworthy, and predictable data circulation environment and solve the problem of lack of trust in data transactions. Next, the National Bureau of Statistics will support the experimental zones in conducting pilot projects in more fields and explore more new practices in advancing the marketization and value creation of data.
