The film is distributed in Hong Kong and Macau by Silver Media Group Limited, Eastern Film Distribution Limited, and Continent Pictures Distribution Limited. Directed by Zhao Linshan, the film exposes the inhumane atrocities of the Imperial Japanese Army in China from a civilian perspective.
