According to the Enterprise Inquiry App, Shanghai Rui Li Yuan Biotechnology Co., Ltd. was recently established, with Hu Hongcheng as the legal representative and a registered capital of 10 million yuan. Its business scope includes: development of human gene diagnosis and treatment technology; development and application of human stem cell technology; operation of third-class medical devices; sale of electronic products, etc. According to equity penetration displayed on Enterprise Inquiry, the company is wholly owned by Hengruiyuanzheng Biotechnology Co., Ltd., with Sun Piaoyang, the chairman of Hengrui Pharmaceutical, serving as the latter's chairman.
