V1 Group Limited (08093.HK) issues profit warning, expecting an annual loss attributable to shareholders of approximately HK$19 to 21 million.

The group expects to incur a loss of approximately 19 million to 21 million Hong Kong dollars attributable to the company's shareholders for the year ending June 30, 2025, while a profit of approximately 18 million Hong Kong dollars attributable to the company's shareholders was recorded for the year ending June 30, 2024.
