Huawei enables Dongfeng's new joint venture company in all aspects, betting on intelligent off-road vehicles.

Dongfeng Group and Xiangyang State-owned Assets jointly establish a new company, focusing on the research and development, manufacturing, and sales of intelligent off-road vehicle models. The new company will be an important initiative for Dongfeng to deepen cooperation with Huawei, and the two parties will strengthen cooperation in the fields of intelligent car product development, marketing, and ecosystem services. Dongfeng's Warrior will rely on the advantages of Hubei's automotive industry cluster, integrate Huawei's intelligent capabilities, and build differentiated competitiveness in the high-end new energy off-road field. The new company will adopt a market-oriented operation mechanism, establish a flat and independent corporate governance structure, and enhance autonomous decision-making and market responsiveness. At the same time, Dongfeng Group is accelerating internal reforms, integrating resources, improving efficiency, and expanding the market. The new company will become the main force of the group, accounting for 2/3 of the sales. Dongfeng is strengthening its core business competitiveness, promoting intelligent transformation, and global layout through a series of measures.
