Chinese Energy Technology Development (01143) plans to acquire all shares of Circuit Development.

Zhito Financial News App reported that China Energy Storage Technology Development (01143) issued an announcement that on September 17, 2025, the buyer (the company's wholly-owned subsidiary Telefield Holdings Limited) intends to acquire all the issued share capital of the target company (Circuit Development Limited) from the seller (Longfeng International Limited), together with the rights and benefits of the sales debt, for a consideration of HKD 20.8 million (adjustable).
