WISDOM FINANCIAL APP News, Brilliant Tomorrow (01351.HK) and offeror Swift Ascent Limited jointly announced that on September 15, 2025, the offeror completed the acquisition of approximately 322 million shares of the company, equivalent to approximately 53.65% of the total number of issued shares of the company as of the date of this joint announcement, for a total cash consideration of HK$ 80.4744 million (equivalent to HK$ 0.25 per share).
