Xinyu Guoke: Jiangxi Agricultural Development Group plans to reduce its holdings by 1.00%

Xinyu Guoke announced that the shareholder Jiangxi Agricultural Development Group Co., Ltd., holding 27.73% of the shares, currently holds 76.7548 million shares. Due to its own capital needs, it plans to reduce its holdings through centralized bidding from October 17, 2025 to January 16, 2026, by no more than 2.7676 million shares, accounting for 1.00% of the total share capital. The proportion of reduction within any consecutive 90 days shall not exceed 1.00%, and the reduction price shall not be lower than the company's initial public offering price.
