The verification shows that the company meets the conditions for implementing the equity incentive plan, has the qualifications, and no situations where the restrictions cannot be lifted have occurred. There are no circumstances that prohibit the 166 incentive objects from participating in the incentive according to regulations, and they have met the conditions for lifting the restrictions, with legitimate and effective qualifications.
