Nokia announced a leadership team adjustment and the establishment of two new teams: the Technology and Artificial Intelligence Organization and the Enterprise Development Organization. Pallavi Mahajan will be appointed as Nokia's Chief Technology and Artificial Intelligence Officer, and Konstanty Owczarek will be appointed as Chief Enterprise Development Officer. Both will join Nokia Group's leadership team on October 1, 2025. Nishant Batra has decided to step down from his position as Chief Strategy and Technology Officer on September 30, 2025, and will exit the Group's leadership team.
