Ping An Asset Management's former Chief Risk Officer Wang Xin has been officially appointed as the Chairman of Ping An Trust.

Wang Xin, the Secretary of the Party Committee of Ping An Trust, has been officially appointed as the Chairman of Ping An Trust with the approval of the Shenzhen Financial Supervision Bureau. Former Chairman Fang Weihao, due to work adjustments, will no longer serve as Chairman. Wang Xin was originally a member of the Party Committee, Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Committee, Chief Risk Executive Officer, and Compliance Officer of Ping An Asset Management Co., Ltd. He joined Ping An Trust in May 2025 and served as the Secretary of the Party Committee.
