At the 2025 World Energy Storage Conference held on September 17th, Du Xinfeng, Vice General Manager of Hangzhou Yushu Technology Co., Ltd., stated that the breakthrough of AI large models from 2023 to 2024 has propelled the robotics industry from an integrated "software-hardware-algorithm package" to a division of labor mode. Hardware, model training, and industry applications are now handled by specialized entities, making it possible to quickly deploy by simply combining hardware and models. This shift has become a key factor in the recent surge in popularity of humanoid robots. Du Xinfeng believes that humanoid robots are the key form for accomplishing complex operations in the future. Currently, Yushu Technology's quadruped robots account for 60% to 70% of global shipments, and the global shipment volume of humanoid robots is also in a leading position. Robots are already widely used in entertainment performances, and have certain applications in industrial inspections, power grids, energy storage, and other fields. Energy, transportation, fire protection, emergency response, and other fields will be important scenarios for the widespread deployment of robots.
