Yang Hong, head of the Credit Market Department of the People's Bank of China, stated at a press conference on the 17th that as of the end of July, the balance of loans in key consumer service sectors nationwide reached 2.79 trillion yuan, an increase of 5.3% year-on-year. This is an increase of 164.2 billion yuan compared to the beginning of the year, and the increase in loans in the first 7 months is 63 billion yuan more than the total increase in loans last year.
