On September 17, the China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission disclosed its approval of the change in equity of Anhua Agricultural Insurance Co., Ltd., agreeing to Rongjie Investment Holdings Group Co., Ltd. to acquire 166 million shares of Anhua Agricultural Insurance Co., Ltd. held by Zhongke Hengyuan Technology Co., Ltd., Shaanxi Jiale Ziguang Technology Trading Co., Ltd., and Panjin Longde Industrial Co., Ltd. After the acquisition, Rongjie Investment Holdings Group Co., Ltd. holds a total of 346 million shares of Anhua Agricultural Insurance Co., Ltd., with a shareholding ratio of 32.719%.
