The Chief Executive of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, Carrie Lam, delivered a new policy address in the Legislative Council of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region today. Lam stated that the Hong Kong Airport Authority will expand the network of mainland city check-in counters, optimize the "Pearl River Delta Fly" land connections, and cover more mainland cities.
