Edward Yau: Hong Kong will accelerate the development of the Hebei region

Today, the Chief Executive of Hong Kong, Carrie Lam, delivered a new policy address at the Hong Kong Legislative Council. Lam stated that the development of the Heung Yee Kuk area will be accelerated, with five new buildings set to be put into use starting from 2027. The government will consider adopting a "build while occupy" approach.
