Midday Report: The ChiNext Index rose by 1.74%, with photolithography machines and diversified financial sectors all experiencing significant gains.
The three major indices rose collectively in the morning session, with the Shanghai Composite Index up 0.41%, the Shenzhen Component Index up 1.02%, the Growth Enterprise Index up 1.74%, and the Beicheng 50 Index down 0.1% by midday. The total turnover of Shanghai, Shenzhen, and Beijing markets reached 1.5619 trillion yuan in the first half of the day, an increase of 63.8 billion yuan from the previous day. Over 2,900 stocks in the entire market were up. In terms of sector themes, lithography machines, diversified financials, foldable screens, robots, and battery sectors were among the top gainers. Precious metals, film and television chains, liquor, and pork stocks were among the top decliners. In the market, stocks in the lithography machine concept surged, with Wavelength Optoelectronics, Eternal Optical, and Kemet Gas hitting the limit up. Robot concept stocks continued to be active, with Wanxiang Qianchao up for the third consecutive session, Jinshen Electronics up for the second consecutive session, and Haon Automotive Electric and Yian Technology leading the gains. The battery sector saw a surge in the midday session, as both the A-share and H-share of Nindenshidai reached historic highs. In addition, securities and diversified financial sectors also saw some movement. On the other hand, most gold stocks were adjusting, with Western Gold falling by over 4%, and stocks like Chifeng Gold, Hunan Gold, and Xiaocheng Technology also declining.
