Huo Ruirong of the Shanghai Stock Exchange: Promote the first Sci-Tech Innovation Board IPO project to be subject to pre-review.

Huo Ruirong, Vice Chairman of the Shanghai Stock Exchange, stated at the 2025 China Capital Market Development Forum that pre-review is being pushed forward in an orderly manner. They have already conducted pre-communication with multiple interested companies and actively promoted the first project to be submitted for pre-review. On June 18th of this year, the "1+6" reform policy for the Science and Technology Innovation Board was implemented, one of which includes a pilot IPO pre-review mechanism for high-quality tech companies.
