Recently, some sailings of the Disney Explorer cruise ship have been delayed. Ctrip announced today that it will provide free rescheduling or full refund services for eligible related flight and hotel bookings, with any losses being borne by the platform. This guarantee applies to Ctrip cruise customers affected by the delay of the Disney Explorer cruise (between December 15, 2025 and March 12, 2026 departure dates). Ctrip will provide assurance to affected customers who book round-trip tickets to Singapore and local hotel reservations through the Ctrip platform within 7 days before or after the original itinerary. Ctrip is working with Disney Cruise Line to advance the refund process, which is expected to begin implementation within this week (Caijing).
