Ministry of Ecology and Environment: Publicly soliciting comments on the "Guidelines for Nuclear Safety Reports of Nuclear Power Plant Operators"

In order to implement the requirements of the Nuclear Safety Law of the People's Republic of China, and to comply with the regulations of the Nuclear Power Plant Operating Unit Nuclear Safety Report, the Ministry of Ecology and Environment has revised the "Nuclear Power Plant Operating Unit Nuclear Safety Report Guidelines" released and implemented in 2020, in order to further guide and regulate the reporting activities of nuclear safety matters in nuclear power plant operating units. The revised version, titled "Nuclear Power Plant Operating Unit Nuclear Safety Report Guidelines," is now open for public comments.
