International oil prices rose on the 16th.

As of the closing of the day, the price of light crude oil futures for delivery in October on the New York Mercantile Exchange rose by $1.22 to $64.52 per barrel, an increase of 1.93%; while the price of Brent crude oil futures for delivery in November on the London Brent Exchange rose by $1.03 to $68.47 per barrel, an increase of 1.53%.
