Wisdom Financial News APP news, Derun Holdings (01709) announced that on September 16, 2025, the company entered into a subscription agreement with the target company Carmel Reserve LLC. The target company conditionally agreed to issue and distribute to the company (or its nominees), and the company conditionally agreed to subscribe (or cause its nominees to subscribe) for subscription rights, equivalent to approximately 15.10% of the target company's existing issued B-class membership interests and approximately 13.12% of the target company's issued B-class membership interests after the subscription, at a price of approximately $10.32 million (equivalent to approximately HK$80.52 million).
