Hong Kong property market: Overall property registration volume in the first half of September increased by 6.3% compared to the previous month. There is a chance that the total number of registrations in the full month may exceed 7,000 properties.

According to the information obtained by the Wisdom Financial APP, Wang Pindi, director of the research department of Hong Kong Property, stated that, according to data from the Hong Kong Land Registry, as of the 15th of this month, a total of 3,512 properties (including first-hand private residential units, second-hand residential units, first-hand public housing, commercial premises, parking spaces, and other non-residential properties) have been registered, a 6.3% increase from the same period last month. If the current registration pace is maintained, it is estimated that the total number of property registrations for the full month of September could exceed 7,000.
