The company has received a winding-up petition filed by Chan Lili (the petitioner) from the High Court of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (High Court) due to the company's inability to repay its debts. In the petition, the petitioner, based on a loan agreement signed on November 29, 2018, requested repayment of outstanding principal and accrued interest in the total amount of HK$7.4102 million. The petition will be heard in the High Court on November 19, 2025.
