Crystal Integrated announced that the Board of Directors has received the resignation report from non-independent director Zhu Caiwei. Due to adjustments in the company's governance structure, Zhu Caiwei has applied to resign from the position of non-independent director. Zhu Caiwei will continue to serve as the company's board secretary, financial officer, and vice general manager. After Zhu Caiwei resigns, the company will elect a new employee representative director, and Zhu Caiwei will be changed to an employee representative director. Currently, Zhu Caiwei holds 0.0130% of the company's shares.
