Zhengtong Financial News APP News, Suzhou Planning (301505.SZ) announced that the company plans to use its own funds to acquire 80% of the equity of Kunshan Design Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Kunshan Design") held by Kunshan Development Zone Guotou Holdings Co., Ltd. in an open delisting manner. As of the evaluation base date on April 30, 2025, the total equity valuation of Kunshan Design is 8.3172 million yuan.
