Fu Chuang Precision Announcement, due to its own funding arrangements, shareholder Guotou Entrepreneurship Fund intends to reduce its shares in the company by no more than 9.1863 million shares through centralized bidding and block trading, with a reduction ratio not exceeding 3% of the total share capital of the company. Among them, the shares to be reduced through centralized bidding will not exceed 3.0621 million shares during the reduction period, starting from fifteen trading days after the disclosure of this announcement until three months later, and shareholders will not reduce more than 1% of the total share capital of the company through centralized bidding in 30 consecutive natural days; the shares to be reduced through block trading will not exceed 6.1242 million shares during the reduction period, starting from fifteen trading days after the disclosure of this announcement until three months later, and shareholders will not reduce more than 2% of the total share capital of the company through block trading in 30 consecutive natural days. The reduction price will be determined based on market price.
