Taishan Petroleum Announcement: The company plans to sign the "Qinglan Expressway Taishan Service Area, Taixin Expressway Xinwen Service Area Gas Station Lease and Operation Contract" with the Tai'an Branch of Shandong Expressway Service Area Development Group Co., Ltd., leasing the gas station assets located in the Qinglan Expressway Taishan and Taixin Expressway Xinwen service areas for the sale of finished oil and gas station operations. The lease period is from the effective date of the contract to June 30, 2028. This lease is intended to meet the company's daily production and operation needs and is expected to have no negative impact on the company's operating results for the current year.
