Dewa Technology Announcement: The number of recipients of this issuance of shares to specific objects shall not exceed 35, with a total fundraising amount not exceeding 1.93 billion yuan. The net proceeds of the fundraising, after deducting issuance expenses, are intended to be used entirely for the acquisition of 100% equity of Luxembourg copper foil, the electronic chemical project for copper foil additives, and supplementary working capital.
